Then the harp music sounded, and I found myself transported to a fantasy world. I enjoyed it. That gift of caring may be all that a person needs to get him or her through this season of joy. Remember that not everyone has the gifts that you have: the love of family and friends.
I saw a woman at the Wal-Mart the other day. She was a greeter but with the saddest face. I asked her to smile, and she told me she had no reason to smile. Her family had done something to her, and she wasn’t in the spirit of the season. I hugged her and told her it would be all right. She smiled and said, “Thank you.”
